JV Baseball Team

Would you like to learn the fundamentals of baseball? Learn the basics of throwing, catching, hitting, sliding and stealing. Whatever your level or skill, we can challenge you to do your best in a fun environment. Ages 5 to 14

We will meet each Thursday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for the older kids on the baseball field at SJS to learn the basic skills of baseball and have practice games. The younger kids will play on Friday afternoons from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Both teams will be limited to 15 players. Our first practice will be March 19th.

If it is your first year for baseball, there will be a $65.00 fee for uniforms for the JV team only.

Each player will be required to bring their own mitts, cleats, helmets and bats to all practices.

We need additional volunteers and coaches, (i.e. first base coach, third base coach, pitching coach). If you would like to volunteer to help with teaching the children the fundamentals of baseball, please contact Jean.

The first class is Thursday, March 18th and Friday, March 19th.
