Physical Fitness Club
Father Henry will teach a physical fitness class for students in all grades. The
children will be doing push-ups, pull-ups, core, and leg strength exercises. They
will work as hard or as easy as they want on any exercise they choose. They will
advance as quickly or as slowly as they want. No pressure!
The first class is Thursday, October 1st and the club will meet for six sessions.

No materials needed; except for those who wish to learn Perfect technique for the Olympic Weightlifting events:
Snatch and clean-and-jerk, with a broomstick-for you,
Please bring a five-foot dowel or broomstick. |
